Production
The local production facilities are important. Fredericia is proud to honour their history of local expertise and unchanging quality. The name Fredericia comes from the fact that the company was founded in the city of Fredericia in 1911. To this day, They still have local production facilities for selected designs both in Fredericia and Svendborg. They handpick their suppliers and mainly purchase raw materials and semi-finished and finished products from European suppliers. They have opted out of overseas transport and subcontractors to improve the product life cycle.
Waste reduction
Fredericia works systematically to ensure waste reduction. For instance, they collect and sort textile and leather waste material separately, ensuring that the waste material can be donated, used for smaller products, or sold to other companies who can use it in their operations, prolonging the life of the materials.
